2. B2B Scope & Commercial Purpose
This website is operated strictly for Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale trade. All product descriptions, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and specifications are provided for commercial feed manufacturers, pet food producers, agricultural distributors and other corporate buyers.
3. Price & Quotation Disclaimer
All product prices, shipping estimates, and MOQs listed on this website are for general reference only.
Official transaction prices are subject to the final Proforma Invoice (PI) issued by BulkInsects, which may be adjusted according to raw material market fluctuations, order quantity and shipping costs.
4. Order & Payment
- Orders are formally confirmed only after both parties confirm the PI and the buyer pays the deposit.
- Standard payment terms: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance paid before shipment. Customized payment terms can be negotiated for long-term partners.
- All payments shall be made in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified in the formal contract.
5. Quality & Inspection
- All products are inspected before shipment, and a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) is provided.
- The buyer shall raise quality objections within 7 days after receiving the goods, accompanied by valid third-party test reports.
- For confirmed quality issues caused by our production, we will provide replacement, re-production or corresponding refund solutions.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content on this website, including text, graphics, product specification tables, logos, images and technical materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of BulkInsects.
Unauthorized reproduction, web scraping, commercial reuse or misrepresentation without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to raw material market fluctuations, shipping line schedule adjustments, customs inspection delays, natural disasters, wars and policy changes. We will notify the buyer in time and negotiate alternative solutions.
8. Limitation of Liability
BulkInsects strives to maintain accurate and up-to-date product data on the website. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from website downtime, minor typographical errors or third-party website links.
9. Governing Law
These terms and all transactions related to this website shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the court where the seller is located for resolution.
